What is WWEFT's Bootcamp all about?

Bootcamp is an hour long metabolic circuit filled with various full body exercises that burn calories and keep your muscles guessing, which is proven to be the best way to keep muscle and burn fat. Filled with great music, tough exercises, and sometimes even some dancing by Wayne, this fun workout is sure to keep your heart rate up the entire time. Bootcamp is perfect for all abilities, ages, and fitness levels. The best thing about Bootcamp is the ability to challenge yourself as much as you feel comfortable.
