Bootcamp is an hour long metabolic circuit filled with full body exercises that burn calories.

Enjoy great music, tough exercises, and usually some dancing by Wayne! This fun workout will keep your heart rate up and your muscles guessing through the entire class (the best way to keep muscle and burn fat).

Bootcamp is perfect for all abilities, ages, and fitness levels. Challenge yourself as much as you feel comfortable and go at your own pace. As your fitness level improves, you can push your comfort level further and further.
